Ah the Clarks! These guys are literally the best, a rare find, and I am privileged to be counted among their friends! Their home has always been like a second home to me and my family (well prior to this silly Covid anyway). We have been friends for about 17 years. Simon, 16 years ago, even introduced me to my husband in Keynes car park at the University of Kent (romantic I know!).

Well this was a crazy fun first. I got to be an undercover photographer for 20 minutes!
I pretended to peruse the beautiful kitchen garden at The Pig in Bridge while keeping an eye out for the arrival of Jay and Sarah. I was buzzing with nervous excitement, hoping that Sarah wouldn’t get suspicious of me. Sarah was so wonderfully absorbed in the moment that she didn’t even notice I was there capturing their memories for a good 5 minutes.

It was such a treat to get to hang out with these guys (even more so than normal because I’m an extrovert and I have a family of 6!), just so relaxed, so much fun, lots of catching up (I’ve had the joy of capturing some memories for these guys before), plenty of cheekiness from Arlo and some beautiful coy smiles from Farley. A really lovely morning.
